Associate Industrial and Production Engineer

About the role

Bajajsons Limited is looking for an Associate Industrial and Production Engineer to support press shop operations and help keep manufacturing output efficient, consistent, and aligned with defined standards. The company has been building automotive and tractor components since 1985 and operates five production units across North and West India.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee press shop work so production runs smoothly without interruptions.
• Ensure output meets the required quality standards as well as the expected production quantity.
• Monitor day-to-day manufacturing activity and make sure standard operating procedures are followed.
• Compile daily and monthly production reports for review, tracking, and analysis.

Who can apply

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience and should be Mechanical Engineering students.

Other requirements

• Working knowledge of ERP systems, computers, 5S, Kaizen, and related shop-floor practices is expected.

Salary

The compensation offered is ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,16,000 per year.
