Join as an Associate Creative Director based in Mumbai, working full-time onsite. This role empowers you to shape compelling brand stories that influence culture, convert bold ideas into significant impact, and inspire creative teams to surpass expectations. You'll lead with intuition, leverage Generative AI technology, and set benchmarks for unforgettable creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct integrated creative campaigns spanning various brands and media platforms.
• Oversee, guide, and develop a team comprising Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers.
• Interpret client briefs into insightful and groundbreaking creative concepts.
• Deliver confident, persuasive presentations of creative ideas to clients.
• Coordinate effectively with strategy, media, technology, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance creativity, accelerate processes, and improve output quality.
• Drive proactive, award-winning creative initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of five to seven years’ experience within a creative or digital agency setting.
• Knowledge and practical use of Generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, GPT-4, and others to innovate and expedite creative workflows.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating digital-first design sensibility and social media-oriented concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, notably Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• A naturally curious and collaborative mindset, thriving in team brainstorming settings and contributing innovative ideas.
• Ability to manage work effectively within tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and creative boldness.
