Role Overview
We are looking to hire a skilled Associate to broaden our multifaceted investment platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and executing premium mandates, cultivating senior-level client relations, and contributing to the firm’s strategic market positioning. This role provides the chance to work directly with partners, investors, and clients, thereby supporting growth and strengthening the firm’s industry standing.
Key Duties
- Execute the firm’s market strategy aligning with overall business goals.
- Originate investment opportunities involving buy-side and sell-side deals.
- Support transaction execution through financial modeling, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and sustain relationships with senior executives at corporations, private equity entities, investors, and intermediaries.
- Participate in the firm’s growth and strategic planning initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in private equity, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate finance.
- Proven ability to originate deals, perform underwriting, and execute strategic transactions.
- Strong technical skills in financial analysis, valuation methodologies, deal structuring, and negotiation techniques.
- Exceptional communication abilities and strong relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic mindset, balancing long-term planning and disciplined implementation.
