Role Summary
The Assistant Support Worker role involves offering personalized care and assistance to individuals utilizing the services, focusing on enhancing their quality of life and supporting their personal development. The work includes aiding clients with daily plans, community engagement, educational pursuits, life skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, and facilitating family visits.

Our accommodations feature modern, cutting-edge facilities surrounded by inviting outdoor spaces. Day care programs are varied and designed to be stimulating and enjoyable. The role entails shift work across a 7-day roster, providing care around the clock.

Requirements and Qualifications
- No formal qualification needed for Assistant Support Worker; full training will be provided
- Social Care Workers must possess a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care, Healthcare, or related disciplines and be CORU registered
- Relevant life experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- A positive work attitude and a passion for supporting individuals
- Full driver's license required or actively working towards obtaining one
