About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our Harbour Town Factory Outlet in Adelaide on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to meet sales targets, KPIs, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Analyze performance metrics regularly and implement strategies to enhance commercial outcomes.
• Oversee all retail operations seamlessly within a fashion store set-up.
• Lead by example to set high standards for customer experience and ensure the team exceeds customer expectations.
• Train team members thoroughly in brand product knowledge and customer care.
• Ensure consistent execution and maintenance of Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards through team coordination.
• Manage inventory processing efficiently to maintain a smooth stock-to-floor workflow.
• Promote and share best practices to boost overall store team performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience, including leadership or supervisory roles, with a track record of meeting sales budgets.
• Energetic, motivated individual comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced retail environments.
• Experience in managing retail operations within men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear sectors highly regarded.
