About the Role
Prouds the Jewellers, with its over 120 years legacy as a family business, is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager in Hobart. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to meet and exceed store and individual sales objectives and KPIs.
- Demonstrate leadership by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving personal sales targets.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
- Maintain high standards in stock management and control shrinkage effectively.
- Ensure merchandising aligns with promotional and brand standards.
- Handle operational duties such as stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, housekeeping, and retail administration tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Successful track record in managing business operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong customer service orientation, delivering memorable experiences.
- Interest and skill in merchandising and stock control within a fast-paced retail environment.
