Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) to join our PULL&BEAR store located in Bielefeld - Loom. This is a full-time, permanent role where you will play a pivotal role in translating company strategies into tangible outcomes daily within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be the link connecting people, performance, and processes. Your tasks include leading teams, nurturing talents, and ensuring the commercial objectives are actively pursued throughout daily operations. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will participate in decision-making, prioritizing tasks, and consistently advancing the store's progress. Your influence will be evident across the team, sales floor, and performance metrics.
