Key Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and specifications to provide clear, coordinated, and traceable interpretations of construction designs and drawings.
• Prepare and manage project deliverables, including tracking Requests for Information (RFIs), transmitting and monitoring submittals, drafting agreements, and maintaining expedites lists.
• Develop, implement, and oversee construction schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Administer and manage subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance and tracking modifications and deliverables.
• Inform the Project Manager promptly of potential issues, scheduling conflicts, or work impediments and support resolution efforts.

Compensation and Work Environment

This role offers a salary between 70000 and 90000 CAD annually. EllisDon provides a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional development, and fosters an inclusive workplace culture that respects diversity.
