A fast-scaling SaaS business backed by venture funding is putting together its first team in India and is hiring through Flexiple. This opening is designed for someone early in their career who wants real responsibility and practical learning while working with experienced delivery leaders.
Role Overview
In this role, you will help manage project planning and execution, keep schedules and tracking tools up to date, and support smooth coordination across teams so work moves forward on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Update project plans, trackers, and task lists on a daily basis.
- Arrange meetings, document discussions, track action points, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Keep project records, documentation, and progress updates accurate and current.
- Identify risks, delays, and blockers early so they can be escalated in time.
- Assist project managers with planning, reporting, and day-to-day delivery tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The company is looking for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar area; freshers may also apply. Strong organisation, consistent follow-through, and a sharp eye for detail are important. You should be comfortable working with spreadsheets and tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello, and able to communicate clearly in written and spoken English. A dependable remote work setup is also expected.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or hands-on exposure in a startup or technology team.
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum working styles.
- A degree in business, engineering, or another relevant discipline.
