About the role
Woolworths Group is looking for an Assistant Nightfill Manager in Bolivar, South Australia. This is a full-time on-site opportunity that sits within the store leadership pathway and is designed as a stepping stone into retail leadership.
The role supports the department’s day-to-day running while working across the store to help deliver a consistently positive shopping experience for customers and a supportive workplace for the team. It is also intended to build leadership capability and department knowledge for future growth within the business.
Roster
The roster shown for this position runs from Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. A four-day work week may be available, subject to personal needs and business requirements.
What the role involves
- Helping manage the daily operations of the department and supporting the wider store team.
- Leading by example to create a customer experience based on acknowledgement, care and thanks.
- Making safety a priority for both customers and team members by following the required processes in store.
- Building an understanding of department operations so you can provide reliable support on a day-to-day basis.
- Working collaboratively with others to achieve strong outcomes across the store.
- Developing your own leadership style and preparing for future leadership responsibilities.
- Contributing across stores where needed to support a positive shopping experience.
