Job Objective

This position involves managing the operational activities related to retail underwriting policies, with a focus on making prudent risk assessments across all processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Contributing to the formulation of underwriting guidelines tailored to each product, aiming to optimize profitability.
• Supporting ongoing market analysis to enhance market share while ensuring profitability is sustained.
• Ensuring strict compliance with underwriting guidelines throughout the process.
• Issuing prompt and precise underwriting decisions that uphold superior service quality, meet company standards, and fulfill business objectives.
• Participating in system User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm requirements are accurately implemented.
• Authorizing underwriting transactions within assigned authority limits and recommending decisions for transactions exceeding these limits.
• Effectively managing and resolving escalated matters in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Maintaining comprehensive understanding of system requirements related to underwriting operations.
