About the Company
Dia Aluminium India is part of a Korean multinational group linked to Dong-il Aluminium and Dong-il Corporation in South Korea. The company manufactures heat exchangers used in room air conditioners and commercial air conditioners. Its facility in Ranjangaon, Pune has been operating since 2005 and currently runs six heat exchanger production lines for RAC and CAC products.
Role Overview
This position is responsible for managing production activities in the exchanger/coil shop for CAC. The role focuses on line control, meeting production targets on time, coordinating teams, and keeping production equipment operating effectively while minimizing rejections.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of production line control and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Carry out the production plan so customer demand is met within required timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate with supervisors and operators, while encouraging collaboration between production and quality control teams.
- Monitor the production process on the line and work to reduce rejection levels.
- Ensure the proper operation of all relevant machines, including the fin press, vertical expander, hair pin bender, auto brazing system, and conveyor line.
Candidate Profile
The company is seeking an experienced professional from a manufacturing background who can lead independently and handle overall production responsibilities. Candidates with mechanical engineering qualifications are preferred. Strong leadership skills are important, as the role involves guiding engineers, supervisors, and operators.
Eligibility
Applicants should have a B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization or a Diploma in any specialization. The employer prefers candidates with similar experience in a manufacturing environment.
Additional Information
The salary offered for this role is INR 7,50,000 to INR 10,00,000 per year. No internship duration is applicable, and the position is for immediate full-time employment at the Pune location.
