Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager overseeing logistics special projects, where you will lead the operationalization and scaling of automation and robotics initiatives. This position involves collaboration with multiple departments and hands-on involvement in field activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional groups including Operations, Product, and Engineering to implement impactful robotics and automation projects.
• Evaluate operational data and field performance indicators to guide focused interventions and maintain project momentum.
• Develop detailed Excel models and create PowerPoint presentations to support communications with both internal teams and external partners.
• Manage the full lifecycle of automation deployments by coordinating internal resources and external vendors to guarantee seamless execution on the ground.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree from a prestigious institution.
• Have 1 to 2 years of experience working in Consulting, Investment Banking, or within a startup's strategy unit.
• Exhibit strong analytical abilities coupled with a willingness to engage directly in the field alongside operational teams and deployment collaborators to secure effective implementation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating cross-departmental cooperation and relationship management with external stakeholders.
• Proficient in constructing Excel models and PowerPoint decks for high-level stakeholder discussions.
• Knowledge of Python and SQL is considered an advantage.
