Policy and process
- Draft and revise city-specific process notes that reflect local deviations and the safeguards needed to manage them.
- Provide inputs for updates to technical policy, vendor management policy, and audit policy.
Vendor management
- Handle vendor empanelment for the assigned zones.
- Review vendors periodically for the respective zones.
- Track turnaround times and ensure timely follow-up.
- Respond to and resolve valuation-related queries raised by zonal teams.
Audit and hindsight review

- Evaluate construction finance projects and verify compliance with permissions and development control regulations set by authorities.
- Build project timelines and milestone tracking plans.
- Monitor project progress and end-use of funds on a periodic basis for all construction finance cases.
- Prepare quarterly progress reports for construction finance projects.
Mortgages, home loans, CFG and CMG
- Review and validate valuation reports submitted by valuation agencies.
- Create city-specific process notes to address local deviations and suggest workable solutions.
- Ensure technical compliance for the area in line with the defined process requirements.
- Track amendments in development control regulations and keep the business updated on changes affecting the real estate sector.
Approved project facility
- Collect project reports from valuation agencies.
- Maintain and circulate MIS for APF projects on a periodic basis.
- Monitor APF projects regularly and keep management informed about project progress.
Portfolio analysis
- Reassess the portfolio in line with the approved revaluation policy.
- Conduct monthly sampling and audit of valuation reports.
- Perform additional analysis as needed.
Database and MIS management
- Prepare monthly MIS for APF projects.
- Prepare half-yearly MIS for vendors.
- Prepare monthly MIS for Advance Disbursement Facility cases.
- Prepare half-yearly MIS for delays in disbursement of under-construction cases.
