Role Overview
This role is focused on growing insurance business through an assigned relationship or channel partner in a defined area or zone. The position requires building trust with the partner so they can effectively recommend investment in Birla Sun Life Insurance to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
The Area Manager will work to generate insurance business from the assigned partner network, provide complete pre-sales and post-sales assistance, and coordinate services for both the relationship partner and end customers. The role also involves managing the dedicated team aligned to the relationship, meeting business targets, and driving steady quarter-on-quarter growth.
