Overview

We are searching for a committed Area Manager to lead and enhance the performance of Bershka's retail stores across Germany. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through strategic planning and operational excellence within a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own responsibility for sales success across all stores in the designated area.
• Contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies, including the expansion of new retail locations.
• Manage and optimize retail operations with a focus on implementing effective commercial strategies.
• Plan budgets while monitoring costs and profitability metrics.
• Oversee performance management, analyzing critical KPIs like sales volume, profit margins, and customer loyalty.
• Evaluate sales data and market trends to refine merchandise presentation and product offerings.
• Lead, coach, and develop store leadership teams, conducting performance reviews to support staff growth and meet future business needs.
• Collaborate with national and international partners including logistics, product management, purchasing, and marketing departments.

• Several years of experience in a leadership role within retail management.
