Role overview
This position focuses on growing insurance business within a defined area or zone through assigned relationship and channel partners. The core objective is to build strong partner confidence so they can effectively influence their customers to invest in Birla Sunlife Insurance.
What you will do
- Generate insurance business from the allotted relationship or channel partner network in the assigned geography.
- Work closely with partners to help them position insurance offerings to their customers in a persuasive and effective way.
- Provide complete pre-sales and post-sales assistance to both relationship partners and end clients.
- Coordinate support services with the team dedicated to the relationship.
- Deliver on business targets while also driving steady quarter-on-quarter growth.
