Role Overview

The Architectural Designer will engage in the full design cycle of residential projects, working remotely to develop concepts into detailed construction documents. Key tasks include producing architectural plans, preparing presentations, assisting with space and material planning, and coordinating with senior architects to ensure compliance with local codes and sustainability standards. The position entails research responsibilities, maintaining digital documentation, and helping refine design standards and operational workflows. Required Qualifications

• Solid architectural design knowledge with hands-on experience in residential projects.
• Expertise in construction drawings and technical documentation, emphasizing details and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in digital drawing and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Familiarity with urban planning concepts relevant to site design, zoning laws, and neighborhood integration.
• A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related discipline, or comparable professional experience.

• Excellent organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple deadlines in a virtual work environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, for effective collaboration with a distributed team.
