Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction and execution plans based on submitted building permission documents.
• Coordinate and collaborate with involved structural engineers and external planning partners.
• Create alternative plan versions to accommodate individual customer special requests.
• Contribute to the planning development and improvement of the row house segment.

Candidate Profile

• Completed studies in architecture, training as a draftsman, or equivalent qualifications.
• Initial professional experience with performance phase 5 and strong technical understanding.
• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Familiarity with relevant standards, regulations, and state building codes.
• Organized, independent, and results-driven working style.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary environment.
