Architect (m/f/d) – Execution Planning and Site Supervision, Hannover

About the Role

We are seeking a committed Architect (m/f/d) specializing in execution planning and site supervision to join our innovative architecture and technical building equipment planning office located in Hannover. Our work focuses on architecture and TGA for residential and non-residential buildings, such as schools, sports halls, day care centers, and office buildings, primarily constructed to Passive House standards or as plus-energy buildings.

Primary Responsibilities

• Independently managing architectural projects emphasizing service phases 1-8 according to HOAI regulations.
• Conducting detailed and execution planning.
• Preparing, reviewing, and evaluating tender and offer documentation.
• Supervising construction sites including quality, cost, and schedule control.
• Participating in project-related phases 1-4, providing technical support during preliminary, design and approval planning while advising on technical, economic, and execution-relevant questions.
• Coordinating and cooperating constructively with clients, specialist planners, construction partners, and authorities.

Candidate Profile

• Completed studies in architecture (Diploma, Master, or Bachelor).
• At least 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience, with several years in execution planning and site supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of HOAI, applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficient user of CAD software, preferably Nemetschek Allplan.
• Experience with ORCA AVA or similar tendering software.
• Structured, responsible, and independent working style.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and teamwork capability.
• Fluency in German at negotiation level and possession of a driving license.
