AR Caller/Analyst - Physician/Hospital Billing

Job Overview

A US-based healthcare company is seeking experienced AR Analysts, Callers, and Subject Matter Experts familiar with hospital and physician billing processes. Immediate joiners are welcomed for roles involving AR voice process tasks related to patient account receivables.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle AR calls as part of the physician and hospital billing voice process.
• Engage in denial management and ensure patient account receivables are addressed effectively.
• Perform quality assurance and act as Subject Matter Experts when required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in hospital billing or physician billing environments.
• Knowledge of CMS 1500 and UB04 claim forms is essential.
• Strong familiarity with denial management and patient AR calling.

Shifts and Incentives

• Opportunity to work in either night or day shifts.
• Role includes an incentive-based performance structure.
