Role Overview
This Sydney-based position reports to the APAC Head of Marketing and focuses on owning the strategy and implementation of campaigns and content for the APAC region. Responsibilities include adapting and executing global campaigns locally, developing new campaigns within APAC with potential to scale globally, and managing all elements from messaging and channel strategy to content production. The role requires in-office attendance on Mondays and Thursdays, aligning with company culture emphasizing in-person collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integrated campaign management for APAC, including positioning, messaging, channel selection, asset planning, and timelines across priority markets.
- Manage various campaign types such as product launches, demand generation, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive content strategies and narratives aligned with global positioning and localized insights.
- Oversee content creation and production of key campaign assets.
- Create and maintain modular messaging and toolkits to support localization, especially for markets like Japan, ensuring cultural relevance and quality.
- Generate sales enablement materials connected to campaigns to enhance pipeline development and conversion.
- Collaborate with country and regional marketing teams to implement campaigns effectively throughout APAC.
- Introduce successful APAC-originated campaigns to global markets as applicable.
- Monitor campaign outcomes, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
- Establish an AI-driven operational system for campaigns and content management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record managing B2B integrated campaigns and content strategies across APAC with knowledge of market and segment nuances.
- Strong storytelling and messaging abilities that clearly articulate product value and craft compelling multi-channel campaign narratives.
- Excellent program management skills capable of handling complex multi-stakeholder projects with stringent deadlines and clear deliverables.
- In-depth understanding of APAC localization needs, particularly for high-context markets such as Japan, ensuring high-quality culturally appropriate content.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales technologies and analytics tools including Salesforce.com, Marketo, Customer.io, web analytics platforms, and campaign tracking best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency in campaign ideation, content production, and performance reporting.
