Role Overview

This position involves supporting the Team Lead in steering and motivating the team to ensure prompt and accurate issuance of bills and policy contracts that align with the Corporate Solutions division's objectives and vision.

You will be responsible for implementing operational improvements that enhance efficiency and control in Group Business billing and related policy administration. You will coordinate efforts across various teams including Corporate Solutions Sales & Marketing, Operations, and OSS to streamline the onboarding process for new and renewing clients, thereby helping to reduce billing turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee review, issuance, and delivery of group insurance policy contracts, endorsements, and billing documents.
  • Manage a specific portfolio and contribute effectively to projects.
  • Monitor new business and policy renewals, ensuring timely receipt of information by collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Set up and audit new business and renewal policies within the core system.
  • Maintain high billing accuracy through diligent checks.
  • Engage in projects aimed at operational efficiency improvements, including User Acceptance Testing.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements.
  • Stay vigilant about compliance with regulatory risk requirements.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with clients, intermediaries, and internal teams.
  • Handle communications with intermediaries or clients through conference calls for complex or high-profile accounts.
  • Respond promptly to email inquiries.
  • Perform other project tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma holder.
  • At least two years of operations experience within the insurance industry.
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
