Role Overview
The Analyst will join the Leveraged Finance & Financial Sponsors underwriting team. The role involves underwriting and executing leveraged lending transactions for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze leveraged lending transactions to assess financial viability and risks.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support credit decisions.
- Develop projection scenarios for various cases to forecast financial performance.
- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence on prospective deals.
- Prepare preliminary deal reviews and credit memoranda conveying findings and recommendations.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possess between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in leveraged lending, investment banking, private equity, or accounting roles.
- Strong skills in credit analysis and hands-on experience underwriting loans.
- Capable of managing multiple projects autonomously with high levels of responsibility and accountability.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record.
