Job Overview
This role involves managing and updating configurations for both internal systems and merchant-facing systems, ensuring seamless business operations. Additionally, the position requires oversight of financial processes such as reconciliation, monitoring settlements, and supporting merchants with detailed financial and transaction reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate within a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Excel.
