Aircon Servicing Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Aircon Servicing Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks for air conditioning systems. The role involves both routine servicing and addressing emergency issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Duties

• Perform general maintenance and servicing of air conditioning units.
• Execute chemical overhaul procedures on air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and carry out repairs for malfunctioning aircon equipment.
• Recommend and promote air conditioning services to clients to enhance service uptake.
• Conduct site surveys to provide customers with accurate guidance on installation specifics.
• Provide daily and weekly reports to the direct supervisor regarding work progress.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

• Friendly and patient demeanor, particularly in customer-facing situations.
• Physically fit to perform manual labor associated with this role.
• Proficient in using basic mobile technology for work-related tasks.
• Eager and open to learning new skills and techniques.
• Previous experience with handyman duties or similar practical work.
• Competent in managing urgent repairs and handling customer complaints effectively.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.
