Role overview

This is a hands-on transformation position focused on reshaping how teams operate by integrating AI into real, everyday workflows. You will work across multiple business areas, studying how work is currently done, spotting inefficiencies, and rebuilding processes with AI at the center. Instead of advising from a distance, you will work directly with teams, put practical AI solutions in place, and make sure they are adopted in day-to-day execution. The role blends workflow design, automation development, and change management, with an emphasis on outcomes such as time savings, better quality, and shorter cycle times. You will move through short, focused engagements across different teams, progressing from discovery to implementation and adoption. This role suits a proactive operator who is comfortable with modern AI tools and enjoys turning messy real-world processes into scalable, intelligent systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with teams to map current workflows, uncover bottlenecks, quality gaps, and inefficient steps, and redesign operations with AI, automation, and agent-based systems built into daily work.
• Rebuild processes around AI using tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, and automation platforms like n8n or similar workflow builders.
• Create and roll out practical solutions including AI agents, prompt libraries, automation sequences, and reusable playbooks.
• Support adoption of new workflows through hands-on coaching, training, and ongoing guidance so the changes are actually used in practice, not left as pilots.
• Track transformation outcomes through operational measures such as time saved, reduced cycle time, improved cost efficiency, and stronger productivity.
• Turn successful workflows into repeatable frameworks and playbooks that can be applied across other teams and business units.
• Help onboard newly acquired or newly integrated teams by establishing AI-enabled workflows from the start.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of professional experience in operations, product, consulting, customer success, project management, or a related field.
• Strong practical experience using modern AI tools such as Claude or OpenAI Codex in day-to-day work.
• Ability to deconstruct complex workflows into structured, automatable steps and design AI-enabled systems around them.
• Hands-on experience building automations, prompt systems, or lightweight agents with n8n or similar tools.
• Proven change management capability, with the ability to encourage adoption of new tools and working methods within teams.
• A high-agency mindset: self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas in simple, practical language.
• Fluent English is required; a natural curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn tools directly are essential.
