AI Mentor

About the Role

Rs Digital Academy is hiring an AI Mentor to teach learners and support them in building practical skills across artificial intelligence and related technologies. The position focuses on classroom training, hands-on guidance, student project mentoring, college seminar sessions, and internal AI model development. It is a flexible 8-hour, on-site role based in Trichy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI training sessions covering topics from the basics through advanced concepts, following the institute’s syllabus.
• Create practice assignments, exercises, and case studies based on real-world scenarios.
• Support final-year students with their AI projects and related problem-solving.
• Conduct guest lectures and seminar talks at colleges.
• Develop AI models for institutional use and research purposes.
• Keep pace with current AI advancements and bring relevant updates into training content.
• Offer career guidance and mentorship to students.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, Computer Vision, and AI frameworks.
• Good understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and AI model deployment.
• Practical experience with AI tools such as Hugging Face, Replit, Cursor, and Google AI.
• Prior experience mentoring students or guiding AI-based projects.
• Clear English communication and confident presentation skills.
• A genuine interest in teaching and helping learners grow in AI.

Work Details

This is a full-time, permanent role with a day shift schedule. Working days are Monday through Saturday, with weekend availability expected. The job is based in person, and local candidates are preferred.
