Key Responsibilities

• Create, document, and refine AI Note Templates that assist clinical users across patient interactions.
• Develop structured AI workflows utilizing GPT-based technology, incorporating prompt chains, output contracts, and intermediate reasoning frameworks.
• Maintain organized, retrieval-ready knowledge assets in formats like JSON, ontologies, tagging systems, and retrieval schemas.
• Convert validated clinical protocols, resources, and educational content into controlled AI knowledge structures.
• Architect AI note-generation systems factoring in templates, clinician preferences, clinical guidelines, retrieval limits, patient context, and manual review processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to guide AI strategy and enhance intelligent clinical functionalities.
• Transform AI-generated text into polished clinical documents rather than generalized responses.
• Contribute technically to prototype development and implementation activities.
• Design safety mechanisms and guardrails to boost AI reliability, transparency, and trust for healthcare providers.
• Support clinical intelligence projects such as pre-visit summaries, encounter documentation, laboratory data analysis, treatment recommendations, and follow-up workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in designing structured AI workflows extending beyond basic prompting techniques.
• Practical experience with prompt engineering, AI workflow construction, or applied artificial intelligence systems.
• Proficiency in working with JSON, prompt contracts, retrieval schemas, and structured knowledge representations.
• Understanding of clinical documentation procedures, electronic health record systems, or healthcare knowledge management.
• Experience in transforming unstructured data into well-organized, reusable AI knowledge assets.
• Strong grasp on generating AI outputs that are safe, explainable, and reliable within healthcare contexts.
• Effective collaboration skills with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Awareness of AI constraints and capability to design workflows that enhance output consistency and dependability.
