Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Content Production Specialist skilled in creating AI-generated images, video assets, voiceovers, and avatars to support content and marketing activities. This role involves hands-on production work within structured processes, focusing on selecting high-quality outputs and identifying issues for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce AI-generated images using provided prompts, references, and quality standards.
• Create and iterate AI video assets, selecting optimal results and preparing them for further use.
• Develop AI avatars and talking avatars for content projects.
• Handle voiceover generation through text-to-speech tools, ensuring quality, intonation, and pacing.
• Conduct initial quality assessments for images, videos, and audio outputs.
• Filter out unusable or low-quality assets featuring technical or visual flaws such as unnatural anatomy, poor motion, facial issues, lip sync errors, or poor lighting and composition.
• Prepare finalized assets with basic edits like cropping, resizing, exporting, and systematic naming and organization.
• Follow established AI production workflows meticulously while maintaining flexibility to identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Communicate clearly about recurring problems or unstable outputs encountered during production.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience with AI image and video generation tools and processes.
• Understanding of AI generation as an iterative cycle involving prompt crafting, referencing, variations, and selections.
• Strong visual discernment to recognize high-quality, natural, and usable content.
• Close attention to details including artifacts, anatomy, facial features, motion, lip synchronization, text accuracy, lighting, and composition.
• Ability to adhere to instructions and predefined workflows while exercising judgment and initiative.
• Capacity to identify when processes produce subpar results and communicate these concerns constructively.
• Willingness to engage in repetitive iterations, testing, and asset preparation routines.
• Effective in providing concise explanations on project progress and output challenges.

Technical Familiarity

While specific experience with our internal AI tools is not mandatory, candidates should be practically familiar with AI image and video generation software, such as ChatGPT Images, Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, and similar platforms. Experience with AI avatars, voiceovers, and integrating multiple AI tools is advantageous.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience refining AI-generated visual and video content to production-ready standards.
• Knowledge creating talking-head videos or AI avatars.
• Voiceover and text-to-speech production experience.
• Basic proficiency in video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Fundamental manual image editing skills (Photoshop, Affinity, etc.).
• Familiarity with node-based AI workflows such as ComfyUI.
• Background in content creation for apps, digital products, advertisements, or social media marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with file versioning, naming conventions, and asset management.
