Role Expectations

• Work on agentic AI systems with a clear understanding of how to define objectives, plan actions, break tasks into smaller steps, reason through problems, and run autonomous action loops.
• Develop agent workflows with LLMs, including tool or function invocation, memory handling, state control, and orchestration across single-agent and multi-agent setups.
• Use agent frameworks and coordination patterns such as LangChain-based frameworks or similar tools for routing, workflow design, and agent collaboration.
• Apply Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect tools and contextual data to agent workflows through MCP servers for tool discovery and usage.
• Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and grounding methods using internal enterprise sources such as repositories, wikis, ticketing systems, and content stores to improve trustworthiness.
• Implement AgentOps practices to observe agent behaviour, monitor tool usage and outputs, measure quality signals, and set up traces, alerts, and feedback loops.
• Support deployment and scaling of agentic platforms using cloud or platform engineering approaches such as containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD, performance optimisation, and secure operations.
• Build responsible AI safeguards, including human-in-the-loop checks, controlled tool access, and security-aware policies for agents that may handle credentials, data access, and budgets.
• Use programming languages such as Python, .Net, or Java, along with relevant machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Applicants must be any graduate and have 4 to 12 years of relevant experience.
