Team and Role Overview

The Social Commerce Team at Intrepid Asia spearheads innovations in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing within Southeast Asia. By leveraging creativity, data insights, and platform mastery, we partner with leading brands to generate measurable business outcomes. As part of our integrated ecommerce ecosystem, you'll engage across operations and collaborate with diverse experts, shaping brand interactions with digital consumers in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of the affiliate program, particularly focusing on TikTok Shop campaigns, including affiliate recruitment and campaign deployment.
• Source, onboard, and cultivate relationships with affiliates, content creators, and live streamers to promote brand products effectively.
• Collaborate closely with creators to ensure alignment of campaign messaging and visual assets with brand objectives.
• Track affiliate performance analytics, prepare comprehensive reports to measure ROI and sales growth.
• Negotiate commissions and incentives to enhance affiliate motivation and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, ecommerce, and creative teams to design strategies that increase traffic and conversions.
• Stay well-informed on TikTok Shop trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity to maintain optimal campaign performance.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional activities tied to major ecommerce sales events like 8.8, 9.9, and 11.11.
• Ensure all affiliate operations conform to brand standards and platform rules.
• Scout and evaluate new affiliate platforms and marketing channels for potential expansion opportunities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding of TikTok Shop's affiliate platform and campaign mechanics.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in interpreting data and leveraging insights for strategic decision-making.
• Familiarity with online sales funnels, performance marketing, and social media engagement methods.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Capability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Innovative thinker who swiftly adapts to evolving trends.
• Experience managing affiliate campaigns across multiple product categories such as fashion, beauty, and FMCG.
• Knowledge of additional affiliate or influencer marketing platforms is advantageous.
• Background in live selling or managing campaign projects is preferred.
• Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts as required.
