Aesthetic Trainer

Job Overview

We are searching for a full-time Aesthetic Trainer to join our education team. This role involves communicating our brand's message and philosophies to enhance brand recognition.

The Trainer will develop educational materials and facilitate training sessions both in person and virtually. They will engage in seminars for aesthetic professionals and company staff, address product inquiries from partners and end-users, and report to the Aesthetic Training Manager. Additionally, the Trainer will educate our global Sales teams, partners, and prospects on products, treatments, and product science.

This position is fully remote but requires travel up to 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Training Team to meet goals and strategies promptly and positively.
• Disseminate comprehensive knowledge about products, treatments, and scientific information via various training formats including demonstrations, seminars, and webinars to enhance brand awareness.
• Travel strategically up to 50%, including flights and overnight stays, planned quarterly with management.
• Provide timely feedback and reporting as directed by management.
• Host virtual webinars requiring reliable home internet, ensuring consistent messaging across topics such as product knowledge, protocols, science, and selling techniques.
• Work with education and marketing teams to develop new training materials and innovative tools to meet the needs of the aesthetic community.
• Evaluate and adapt current training programs to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
• Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, regulations, ingredients, and best practices for integration into trainings.
• Mentor internal employees to improve communication and relationship management with customers and partners.
• Contribute to the technical development of educational materials and presentations.
• Act as a liaison and advocate for business partners and customers to promptly resolve product inquiries or concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid active aesthetics license.
• Minimum of one year experience in training preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills, particularly in clinical settings involving strategic planning and scheduling.
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
• Self-driven, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional follow-up capabilities.
• Capable of arranging travel (flights, car rentals, accommodations) economically and in advance.
• Passion for training, positive demeanor, and enthusiasm for skincare and the skin industry.
• Professionalism in overcoming challenges.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working for extended periods at a computer.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
