About the Role

We are seeking an AEO / GEO Specialist to enhance our team. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in SEO who are eager to delve into AI-driven search, structured data implementation, semantic content strategies, and understanding how large language models (LLMs) retrieve and attribute information.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to enhance brand prominence on AI search platforms.
• Investigate conversational search intents rather than solely focusing on traditional keywords.
• Apply structured data, schema markup, and semantic SEO to optimize websites effectively.
• Collaborate with content creation teams to produce authoritative content that warrants proper citations.
• Monitor AI-driven visibility metrics, mentions, and the latest GEO performance indicators.
• Conduct experiments with emerging AI search trends and contribute to establishing best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Between 2 to 5 years' experience in SEO, Technical SEO, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing.
• Proficient understanding of schema markup and semantic SEO concepts.
• Genuine interest in LLMs, AI search technologies, and the evolving landscape of digital discovery.
• Strong analytical skills, with familiarity in tools like GA4, Search Console; knowledge of Python or SQL is advantageous.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and agility in adapting within a fast-evolving industry.
