Overview
At Gaudium, a leading technology firm in urban mobility and logistics in Brazil, we seek a skilled Advogado Pleno to play a pivotal role in driving our legal department forward. This fully remote position offers the chance to have autonomy, design legal processes, and guide the company's legal growth directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to ensure company compliance and ongoing adjustments in accordance with Brazil's LGPD (General Data Protection Law).
- Draft, review, and analyze a range of contractual documents including commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and supplier contracts.
- Maintain and develop digital policies, including privacy policies and terms of use for platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to assess legal impact and regulatory risks linked to new product features, ensuring legal design and compliance integration.
- Conduct compliance assessments on clients and validate security measures essential for platform operational integrity.
- Manage and oversee legal and administrative litigations involving the company, coordinating with external legal firms as required.
Qualifications
- Degree in Law with active membership in OAB (Brazilian Bar Association).
- Previous experience in Digital Law, Contracts, and Data Privacy (especially LGPD).
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy to manage daily legal workflows while proposing process improvements.
- Comfortable navigating technology and SaaS environments and translating complex legal concepts to business terms.
- Excellent written communication skills and sharp analytical abilities.

Preferred but not mandatory
- Specialized courses, certifications, or training in LGPD/Data Privacy.
- Prior experience within startups, tech companies, or SaaS environments.

- This role is 100% remote.
- Employment under CLT contract with a salary range of 7000 to 9000 BRL per month.
