Admission Counsellor - Work From Home

Job Overview

We are seeking an Admission Counsellor who will work from our Jaipur office to provide tailored academic and career guidance. This role involves addressing questions related to course details, entry requirements, admissions procedures, fees, and scholarship options. The ideal candidate will conduct informative sessions about program curricula, teaching methods, and related career paths to prospective students.

Key Duties

• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by cold calling and handling inbound queries
• Convert prospective leads into student enrollments while consistently achieving monthly targets
• Manage application processes and maintain transparent communication with parents
• Conduct timely follow-ups on enrollment confirmations and coordinate with the admissions team to meet goals
• Keep updated on current industry trends, competitor programs, and new career opportunities
• Maintain meticulous records of counseling sessions using CRM software and expand the prospective student database

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Holds an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Possesses 2 to 4 years of experience specifically in academic counseling, career guidance, or admissions
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and ideally CRM tools
• Basic knowledge of education systems, programs, and career paths (training will be provided)
• Fluent in both English and Hindi languages
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion abilities to enhance enrollment rates
• Available to work six days a week from the office with a rotating weekly off
