About the Role
A prestigious global investment firm located in Midtown East is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support multiple executives. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage intricate executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Act as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for executives, managing correspondence and prioritizing tasks.
- Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Track expenditures and prepare detailed expense reports.
- Compile and distribute essential meeting materials and other documentation.
- Provide assistance on various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple executives.
- Prior experience within the finance or professional services industry is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
