Position Overview
Pixel Scans And Diagnostics Private Limited is on the lookout for an exceptional Operations Manager to lead our scan center in Coimbatore. This pivotal role requires decisiveness and strong leadership to oversee all operational and staff-related activities within the facility. Note that this position does not involve front-desk check-in duties.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary authority on-site, managing all operational aspects of the diagnostic center.
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team comprising medical and administrative personnel.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance workflow processes to improve center efficiency.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and solve any operational challenges or emergencies independently.

- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage and coordinate diverse teams effectively.
- Competence in optimizing operational procedures for better productivity.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 25000 to 32500 INR.
