You will join the Corporate Functions – Talent Acquisition team to help attract qualified and motivated professionals. The Active Sourcing team engages with talents on behalf of Deloitte and builds long-term networks of candidates. Join us to make a difference as an Active Sourcer (m/f/d).
Locations: Düsseldorf, Leipzig, Munich.
Your Impact and Responsibilities
- Design and implement active sourcing strategies, selecting appropriate sourcing tools and channels.
- Discover suitable experts and talents on relevant platforms, conduct direct outreach and perform preliminary candidate screening.
- Lead telephone interviews, utilizing the gathered insights to develop detailed candidate profiles.
- Manage sourcing projects independently and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on trends in active sourcing, including the application of innovative AI tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Completed university degree, preferably specialized in Human Resources.
- At least one year of professional experience in active sourcing, ideally within a recruitment agency or an in-house sourcing role.
- Proven experience with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Xing TalentManager.
- Strong communication skills and client orientation with confident demeanor, teamwork abilities, service readiness, and professionalism when engaging with candidates, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
