Role overview
GenerativX is looking for a full-time Accounts / Administration Officer based in Darwin, Northern Territory. This is an on-site position focused on keeping finance tasks and general office operations running smoothly.
What you’ll handle
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable work.
- Assisting with payroll and broader financial administration tasks.
- Taking care of everyday office administration duties.
- Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting routine business operations as needed.
What’s needed
- Previous experience working in accounts and administration roles.
- Confidence using Xero, MYOB, or comparable accounting systems.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
