Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site accounting role in Jeddah. The position supports day-to-day finance activities by maintaining accurate transaction records and following company accounting procedures.

Key Duties

• Post and maintain journal entries with accuracy.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliation statements.
• Track and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Examine invoices for correctness and completeness.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks.
• Support the preparation of financial reports.
• Work with different internal teams to keep financial processes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• SOCPA certification, or eligibility to register with SOCPA, is needed.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience is expected.
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable is required.
• Comfort with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is important.
• Working-level English proficiency is required.
• The candidate must be allowed to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Applicants should already be based in Jeddah or be open to relocating there.
