Role Summary

This full-time remote position supports the finance and accounting functions for the company’s restaurant operations. What You Will Do

• Record financial transactions accurately and keep accounting ledgers up to date.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Process invoices and payments while maintaining proper documentation.
• Track expenses and help ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide timely financial information and respond to internal queries.
• Contribute to improvements in accounting and finance workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals applied to everyday business operations.
• Comfort using accounting software and digital tools for financial tracking and recordkeeping.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and review financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Practical bookkeeping skills, including transaction recording, reconciliations, and document management.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while managing several deadlines remotely.
• Good written and spoken communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Prior experience in accounting or finance is expected; experience in hospitality or restaurants is an added advantage.
• Education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a similar discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
