About the Role

We are seeking a detail-focused Finance Clerical Associate to provide support across various Record to Report (RTR) functions including Lease, Fixed Assets, cash management, intercompany transactions, salary and wages, professional fees, and general accounting activities. This position requires managing detailed functional documentation, conducting balance sheet reconciliations, assisting with accounting entries, and analyzing data to uphold accuracy and compliance in financial processes.

The position corresponds to hiring grades 4, 5, or 6 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and regularly update records for multiple RTR functions using spreadsheets and accounting software.
  • Execute reconciliations for RTR-specific accounts and internal ledgers to ensure accuracy.
  • Help prepare reports related to RTR functions and analyze outstanding items.
  • Perform fundamental analyses to verify computations within functions and detect any discrepancies.
  • Assist audit processes by organizing and supplying necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate internally to answer queries and resolve discrepancies related to the RTR functions.
  • Ensure prompt and precise entry of data for RTR-related transactions.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and logical functions.
