Job Overview

Divine Sun Enterprises is seeking an accountant to efficiently manage the company’s financial records and reporting. This role involves organizing trade invoices, preparing detailed financial statements, managing payments, and collaborating with various departments to maintain accurate expense reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and organize all financial documents to ensure clarity and accessibility.
• Maintain trade invoices, ensuring regular reconciliation of payments.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely payments adhering to terms specified in Performa invoices.
• Safeguard all financial documents while restricting access to authorized stakeholders only.
• Manage budget planning and deliver financial forecasts to senior management.
• Coordinate with departments to regularly reconcile their expense sheets.
• Analyze and propose cost-reduction initiatives at individual, team, and department levels.
• Continuously update the company’s balance sheet reflecting real-time financial position changes.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of purchase orders, payment terms, and advise on possible adjustments acceptable to all department heads.
• Handle credit and debit notes for trade partners to ensure cash flow compliance with company policies.
• Provide accurate reporting on the company’s cash health and overall financial status.
• Monitor and report changes related to staffing, infrastructure projects, and administrative expenses to management promptly.

Benefits & Other Information

Salary range for this position is between 13,000 to 15,000 INR per month. The appointment is full-time and based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Further perks or benefits are not specified.
