Job Overview

We are looking for an Accountant (m/f/d) available to work full-time or part-time, responsible for a broad range of financial tasks within the organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements including an initial analysis of profit and loss accounts.
• Support and process annual financial statements with care and accuracy.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting regularly.
• Handle payroll postings and payment transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate bookkeeping procedures with hotel contacts.
• Ensure prompt handling of correspondence related to accounting matters.

Required Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Completed vocational training or university degree with a focus on financial accounting.
• Previous experience in similar roles, preferably with a background in hotel or gastronomy sectors, is advantageous.
• Highly organized and independent working style complemented by strong English language skills.
• Flexibility, resilience under pressure, and a professional demeanor are essential.
