About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to serve as an AI Trainer, focusing on enhancing AI models by assessing their performance, logic, and problem-solving abilities. The expanding project involves teaching AI assistants to better assist finance professionals by leveraging expertise in financial principles and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance AI-generated responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Apply your advanced education and professional experience to verify the accuracy and reasoning behind AI outputs.
- Challenge AI models with intricate, real-world scenarios to test and improve their reasoning capabilities.
- Provide detailed, structured feedback to improve future AI iterations.
- Present diverse and complex finance-related problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their responses for quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis related to finance management.
- Possession or progress toward a Master's degree or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
