Job Overview
We are recruiting an Account Executive based in Rajarhat, Kolkata. The position offers a monthly salary of ₹15000, with working hours from 11 AM to 8 PM. Applicants should hold a B.Com degree and possess at least one year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of federal and state tax returns for individual clients in the US.
- Review and analyze client source documents thoroughly.
- Conduct general ledger reviews, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare adjusting journal entries (AJEs) needed at the year-end to align financial accounting with tax basis.
- Ensure all working papers adhere to the company's quality control standards and verify calculations for accuracy before submitting to the manager for approval.
