About the Role

Priti Steels is seeking one to two proficient Accountants capable of managing diverse financial and operational responsibilities. The role demands individuals who are swift, dependable, and technologically adept to handle everyday accounting functions alongside supporting business automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Generating invoices and managing e-billing processes
Performing accurate data entry and maintaining financial records
Supporting customer communication through email marketing
Reconciling accounts and managing payment follow-ups
Coordinating collections and ensuring compliance with GST returns and income tax regulations
Overseeing daily accounting activities to ensure smooth operations

Technical Skills Required

Proficient in Tally accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel usage
High typing speed with precision
Familiarity with Zoho Books or Zoho CRM is preferred
Capability to assist in Zoho software implementation and workflow automation
Basic knowledge of AI-based tools and technology-driven processes
