Position Summary

The Account Specialist will support the Associate Director and Account Manager in promoting e.l.f. Cosmetics and e.l.f. SKIN at Ulta and within the Specialty Channel. This role involves managing customer relationships, sales data analysis, in-store merchandising, assortment planning, and facilitating digital content for retailer platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage item setup, maintenance, and upload of product content and images within retailer portals.
• Lead digital execution and upkeep on retailer websites.
• Prepare and distribute weekly sales performance reports.
• Analyze sales data to identify effective assortment elements, track new product uptake, and evaluate secondary display effectiveness.
• Support in-store merchandising by assisting with display assortment and velocity, visual merchandising briefs, and overseeing project execution.
• Monitor competitor product launches and promotional events.
• Provide administrative and clerical support such as coordinating sample shipments and managing fixture requests to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage related projects efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to support company goals.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of sales experience.
• Familiarity with working with Ulta retail operations.
• Self-driven with a strong goal orientation and commitment to delivering results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with solid analytical skills.
• Quick learner and decisive thinker capable of troubleshooting independently.
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to establish strong relationships and work effectively both independently and within a team.
• College or Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
• Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and passion for the brand.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position includes a base salary supported by an annual performance bonus program that can yield up to double the target bonus based on company success.
