Job description
Role Overview
This role involves managing and expanding a portfolio of corporate clients in the white-collar sector. The primary goal is to increase revenue through the placement of professional and managerial-level personnel while delivering outstanding client service and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for assigned corporate accounts, developing trusted relationships with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and executives.
- Conduct periodic business reviews to evaluate client satisfaction, uncover new opportunities, and enhance loyalty.
- Anticipate client requirements proactively and offer customized staffing solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services within existing clients.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, agreements, and service level agreements consistent with company policies on pricing and margins.
- Meet and surpass monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure prompt placement of qualified candidates in areas such as Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Administration.
- Oversee candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding to ensure seamless client experience.
- Address replacement requests, escalations, and performance concerns professionally and promptly.
- Keep abreast of trends in the white-collar talent market, salary standards, and competitor activity.
- Advise clients on hiring strategies, compensation packages, and workforce planning.
- Maintain comprehensive and current CRM data including pipeline activities, client communications, and placement records.
- Produce regular weekly and monthly reports detailing revenue, pipeline health, and client engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of account management experience within HR services, recruitment, or staffing sectors.
- Demonstrated success managing white-collar accounts in professional industries.
- Well-versed with Saudi labor market intricacies and Saudization policies.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities in both Arabic and English.
- Skilled in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
